typical of Carloforte, where the tuna is the undisputed king of the ingredients and prepared in many ways: sliced, roasted, grilled or in tartare. The so called “sea pig” is the most important raw material of the tavern. The owner, Raffaele Mameli, is part of the Pomata family,
one of the most famous and renowned in the Sardinian hospitality sector and, as he assures himself: “Here, quality, service and raw material are guaranteed”.
